The Word of God is more than just a story. It’s powerful and transformative. Sometimes we look for the Church or Christian programming to change the hearts of our friends and neighbors. Paul writes to the church in Ephesus:
“For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Live as children of light (for the fruit of the light consists in all goodness, righteousness and truth) and find out what pleases the Lord.” (Ephesians 5:8-9)
